New Tanks Arriving

Making a few changes cont.....

April 2011 - Making a few changes - We are expanding to a 40 barrel brew plant with 60 barrel fermentors to keep up with demand, allowing us to produce a possible 260 barrels a week!!

During the expansion we made room for our own bottling plant which we can also fill the 5 litre mini kegs.

We have recently expanded to a capacity of 120 barrels a week, the same brewing vessels are used but we have installed 20 barrel fermentors and conditioning tanks.

The brewing vessels are a tower design, with the mash tun on top of the hot liquor tank., shown on the right and the copper on the left.

Bradfield Brewery produced it's first beer in April 2005. The 10 barrel micro brewery was installed in a farm building that was once home to the farms youngstock.

All of the beers are brewed using fresh millstone grit spring water from our own borehole.

The malt and barley that come from Crisp Malting in Norfolk is milled on-site to our requirements.
